(M,W, TH) 5:30 a.m. 6:30 a.m.
(M-TH) 3:30 p.m. 5:00 p.m.
Group 1: (M/W) 5:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
Group 2: (T/Th) 5:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
***Prep Elite and Youth Elite participants are required to purchase at least 2 months of training. Credit card is required for automatic payment.***
The EAT Holiday Training Camp is designed to work with athletes of any sport in the mechanics of straight line speed, agility and multi-directional quickness. This training camp will focus on improving acceleration, first step quickness, maximum velocity, and the correct technique needed for sprinting and running. Athletes will learn the appropriate movement patterns necessary to have a more explosive first step and improve top-end speed.
