Jonathan Fickle is currently a pole vault coach at Hanford High School and a combat engineer in the US Army Reserves. He competed in pole vault at Hanford High School until 2016, winning 1st team all district his senior year. He then competed at Whitworth University for one year before transferring to WSU, where he studied kinesiology. He coached at Pullman High School during the 2018 and 2019 seasons, where he coached the 2018 state champion. In his free time he loves to play bass and shoot competitively. He is an ISSA certified personal trainer and hopes to train and coach track athletes at the next level.
