KEONDRA SIMPSON

GYM MANAGER & TRAINER

Keondra is a graduate of Central Washington University with a B.S. in Exercise Science and a soon to be National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Personal Trainer. As a Richland Native, her passion for sports began at a young age and carried her to a collegiate softball career at Columbia Basin College while attaining her A.A. degree. Stemming from the same lifetime career of sports, Keondra’s passion for the Health and Fitness industry was spurred by numerous injuries accrued throughout the years as well as the many coaches, trainers and mentors that have had a significant impact on her along the way. She became involved with Elite Athletics Training in 2018 while completing multiple internships necessary for her Bachelor’s degree and has since been brought on as a Trainer for the company. In her free time, she enjoys working on carpentry projects, hanging out with friends, and almost any activity that allows her to be outdoors. Keondra’s ultimate goals for her clients are injury prevention and rehabilitation while challenging them to dive into their untapped potential and reach all their personal goals plus some.
