Everybody has a personal best ahead of them. Playing better, going faster, making the team. EAT provides training for athletes of all levels so they can reach their individual potential.
Youth athletes are not mini adults and, therefore, must have a progressive training approach specific to the unique needs of youth and adolescent athletes. EAT coaches optimize student training programs for all sports without risking individual health. Athletes are evaluated and grouped by developmental age to ensure safety, efficiency, enjoyment and crossover to account for transition through periods of accelerated growth.
Our performance training is based off of each athlete’s needs, limitations, desires, and playing schedule. Here at Elite Athletics Training in Richland, body and mind are trained to be properly conditioned and prepared to achieve greatness in their specific sport or fitness goals. Combining mental and physical conditioning into our training regimens is crucial.
We use unique equipment that athletes otherwise would not have access to in other gyms. This unique equipment allows our athlete’s performance to rise to the top as we train them in unique drills.
