About the Event
A one day performance camp put on to show and give young athletes the same tips, tools, and protocols used by some of the NFL top athletes. This camp is designed to enhance speed, coordination, and quickness, needed for all sports.
Athletes will be briefed and coached up on:
Starting Mechanics
Proper running angles
Running with power
Foot Speed
Acceleration
Mindset
Movement and Mobility to enhance your overall athleticism
