TRAINING OPTIONS
ATHLETE PERFORMANCE TRAINING DESIGNED FOR THE SPECIFIC NEEDS OF GROWING BODIES AGES 7-18 IN A FUN AND SAFE ENVIRONMENT WHERE ATHLETES CAN ACHIEVE THEIR PERSONAL BEST. OUR STUDENT ATHLETES DON’T JUST PRACTICE. THEY PERFORM, PLAY, AND PROGRESS.
Before ANY athlete enters a group, he/she must partake in 5-10 private training or small group sessions with a trainer. We do this so each athlete has the opportunity to learn and gain confidence in our system and protocols prior to entering our large group. During their initial session, each EAT athlete will be taken through our assessment and testing protocol to gage current flexibility, range of motion, speed, quickness, and jumping ability. Each athlete will be placed in a group according to athletic needs determined by trainer(s).
